Kohaku Anjou (安場 琥珀, Anjō Kōhaku^? ) is a character in the Shuffle! series and one of the main characters in Shuffle! Episode 2. She is a side character in Princess x Princess.

Background

Kohaku is the older cousin of Raito Aioi, who lives in the same apartment as him. She is a 3rd year and leader of the Drama Club, along with her junior Kirara Kinoshita.

Ever since she and Raito grew up as siblings, she considers him as a younger brother and feels the affection to be "family love."

Though she is an honor student at school, having good grades, good athleticism, and a good personality, she is sloppy and lazy in reality. She is horrible at waking up in the morning and relies on Raito for meals and keeping the apartment tidy.

Etymology

Her name is derived from the Japanese word for "Amber."

• The name Kohaku means "Amber" (琥珀); a gemstone name, just like most other characters in Episode 2.
• Kohaku's surname Anjou means "Peace, Quiet" (安) (an) and "place" (場) (jou).
