Ruri Matsuri is a side character in the Shuffle! series. She appears in Shuffle Essence+ and Shuffle! Love Rainbow as a winable heroine. Ruri is a member of Sia's personal guards from the Realm of Gods. She prefers wearing the boys' uniform over the girls' one. Outwardly she seems very cold, but she's actually just bad at socializing and avoids public places except for classes and student council work. However once Rin gets to know her, she got a pleasant and serene personality.
When she first meets Rin, she is introduced as "Matsuri" because she is crossdressing. The boys' uniform belongs to her younger's brother.
